Needed to get a physical and cach up on routine testing. Thought is my Dr. Brown’s Practice on North Shore and I am impressed from start to finish the experience is phenomenal. Of note to new and prospective clients: everything is online gone are the days of having to call in for results of needing to come in physically to hear them. Prior to coming into my second consultation, I was pleasantly surprised to see everything already on the portal inclusive of recommendations the results themselves and other critical need to know information. Once in office you are seen by the doctor immediately. No waiting into the lobby for an hour. For me as a busy person this is super helpful and very much appreciated.

Once in the appointment (I saw Dr. Dale) you are treated with meticulous doctor to patient care. For myself this is key as I am an anxious person when it comes to these visits. Dr. Dale was with me every step of the way and even come downstairs to set me up with the technicians. Once again there was no wait. I was immediately placed with someone to take blood check my heart and take other samples. Unlike elsewhere you don’t need to go to the hospital for your diagnostics. Everything is done downstairs and where required results are sent overseas to specialists to ensure you are receiving a complete and comprehensive analysis.

Finally a note on the staff. In addition to Dr. Dale, everyone there is lovely. Be it the technician that took my blood, or reception; everyone is personable, extremely attentive and welcoming.
